Today, we’re excited to share that Kingpin has raised $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Infinity Ventures with participation from Red Swan Ventures, Mu Ventures, COTU Ventures, and Outliers VC.

Kingpin is our AI-native platform built to simplify how brands, distributors, and wholesalers connect, transact, and grow. For decades, B2B distribution has run on spreadsheets and late-night emails. We’re rebuilding it, one intelligent, connected system that brings discovery, sales, and fulfillment into a single flow.

From our Founders

“We’ve lived these challenges—from finding new retailers to managing orders and financing. AI gives us the chance to rebuild distribution the way it should have been: connected, intelligent, and centered on people, not processes.” Harsh Sajnani, Co-Founder & CEO

Co-Founder & COO Guilherme Soares adds, the mission has always beenabout freeing sales teams to do the work that matters.

“B2B has been running on duct tape for too long,” he says. “Kingpin replaces that mess with one connected layer that finally lets teams focus on selling, not fixing.”

Our investors saw the same gap we did

“We backed Kingpin because they’re bringing AI-native infrastructure to one of the largest and least-automated sectors of the global economy. With deep wholesale experience and exceptional execution, the team is transforming fragmented retail operations into intelligent, scalable workflows for brands, distributors, and their retail partners.” Mario Ruiz | Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Infinity Ventures

That belief was echoed by our earliest backer, COTU Ventures:

“What I admire most about the Kingpin team is their discipline. Every step of their journey reflects thoughtfulness and care for the people they’re building for. Having been part of their story from the very beginning, it’s great to see how Harsh and Gui are rebuilding global distribution from the ground up and they’re now coming into their stride with an innovative AI-powered solution that has incredible potential.”  Amir Farha | Founder of COTU Ventures

Gary Benerofe, General Partner, Mu Ventures, adds:

“What Kingpin is building hits at the core of how B2B commerce actually works. B2B trade still runs on old, slow infrastructure. The team at Kingpin is fixing that with a platform built to move information, products, and money across the world. It’s the kind of platform that can change the way global distribution operates.”

And from Red Swan Ventures, who know the challenge of scaling brands themselves:

“We invested in Kingpin because, having built consumer brands ourselves, we know firsthand how tough it is to get products into the right hands. The Kingpin team lives and breathes this space—and their AI-driven tools finally give brands, distributors, and retailers a smarter way to grow together at scale.” Sandy Cass | Managing Partner at Red Swan Ventures

We’re proud to be building Kingpin from the UAE, as part of Mubadala-backed Hub71 in Abu Dhabi; a hub where AI innovation meets global trade. This funding helps us expand into North America, Europe and LaTam, grow our engineering and AI teams, and keep building toward our mission: creating the revenue engine for modern distribution. This milestone means a lot to us, but it’s just the start. We’re here to give sales leaders back control of their revenue engine and make growth feel not just simple, but inevitable.
